**2.1**. Appointments: Clients are encouraged to schedule appointments in advance. Walk-ins are welcome but subject to availability.
**2.2**. Cancellations: We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee.
**2.3**. No-show Policy: Failure to arrive for a scheduled appointment without notice may result in a no-show fee.
**2.4**. Service Satisfaction: If you are unsatisfied with a service, please notify us within 48 hours, and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.
**3. Courses**
**3.1**. Enrollment: Enrolling in our academy’s courses requires completion of the registration process and payment of applicable fees.
**3.2**. Payment: Tuition fees must be paid in full before the course start date, unless a payment plan has been arranged.
**3.3**. Refunds: Refunds for courses are subject to our refund policy, outlined separately.
**3.4**. Attendance: Regular attendance is mandatory for course participants. Excessive absenteeism may result in dismissal from the course.
**3.5**. Course Materials: Course materials provided by Beauty Solutions Salon & Academy are for educational purposes only and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.

**4.3**. Gratuity: Tipping is at your discretion and is greatly appreciated by our staff.
